Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products delivered.
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Conditions
Returns are not applicable if:
The product is used or installed.
Damage is caused due to improper handling or external power issues.
Custom or special-order products.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval by our technical team.
Shipping Policy:
- Order will be delivered within 3–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
- Faulty units (if verified) will be repaired or replaced depending on product condition & warranty terms.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a refund after deducting processing charges.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund.
